Thoughts I Think

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To trip and fall down sometimes

To bruise your knees and elbows

To slip down and fall on your bottom

Or just trip on a thing and make a thud.

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To not be able to reach those high notes

Or that harmony most others achieve

Or pull off that cool dance step

Or to not be able to dance

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To burp or sneeze so loud

That you catch people’s attention

Or the way your shoes make a noise

When you walk down the hallway

To walk in a funny way

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To be only a vegan

Or only a non vegan

To like sprouts or your veggies

To not like sweets

Or to crave spicy food a lot

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To always have your nose in a book

Or to always listen to music

To be the quiet one in the class

Or the loudest

To fall asleep during a lecture

Or study all the time

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To wear dark clothes

Pastel

Or bright neon colours

To wear sandals always

To be comfy in slippers

Or to have a peculiar clothing choice

It’s okay

It’s okay

It’s okay

To care about animals more than people

To be antisocial

To have anxiety

Or to be an extrovert

But

It’s not okay

It’s not okay

It’s not okay

To hate yourself, to compare yourself

To judge others

To waste time worrying

To care about other people’s opinions more than yours

To wait for the right time

Or

To get lost in the rumbles of the past and be suffocated and have unclear sight of the present.

Do you think I was right?

It’s okay if you think I am not. Cause you’re just you and I’m just me. And we might coexist but not correlate. And that’s okay.
