Thoughts I Think

I want to live simply

I want to live simply.

I want to stand beneath the crying sky and soak myself in its tears and understand it’s pains, and realise that it’s okay to let it all out sometimes.

I want to live simply.

I want to wander in little independent coffee shops and book stores isolated in small lanes and feel the extraordinary magic of the ordinary and be overwhelmed. I dont want to go some place posh and grand, I just want to get lost in my own town and rediscover it.

I want to live simply.

I don’t want to eat those fancy expensive dishes with pretty French names in a 5 star restaurant. I’d rather be sitting on bed while my mother cooks a homemade meal for me which I can enjoy comfortably within the four walls of my house.

I want to live simply.

I want to draw and sing because I want to. I want to read books and not be tested on them. Not because I have a desire to showcase myself to humanity. But because I want to do what I  feel like doing. I do not want to enroll myself in the rat race.

I want to live simply.

I want to listen to my body fall asleep when the moon is high and wake up peacefully with nowhere to rush to. I want to be comfortable in my choices and not be ruled by the urge to accomplish expectations.

I want to live simply.

I want not to be governed by money or clock or those high pars humanity imposes on itself. I want to be free not just in fake words but in reality where I breathe. I want to be able to love who I want to. I want to be able to go where I want to. I want to be able to live.

I want to live simply.

And excuse yourself if that’s too much to ask and I’m not sorry I’m disappointing your expectations and flinging your hopes in the void and breaking my perfect image but just watch me as I pack my bag and go where I  want to, living life simply yet beautifully.
